  • Public records requests may be made in writing or in person.

 

  • For ease of processing your request please use the form below.

 

  • You can also request a copy of the form mailed to you by calling City Hall at 

       (509) 775-3216 or requesting one in person.

  • Public records are received, processed, and are available for inspection in our office Monday through Thursday from 8 am- 3:30 pm

 

  • Please fill out your request thoroughly. We will need to be able to contact you in writing. Please make sure all printing is legible.

 

  • A letter will be mailed to you via USPS or E-mail within five (5) business days upon receipt of your request.
